Как лечить: HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error  Я   gersadqwe 19.07.10 - 17:11 Установил Windows Server 2008, добавил роль IIS Server (со всеми компанентами), перегрузился, зарегистрировал в конфигураторе файловую базу на сервере, пытась из IIS менеджера открыть мой сайт и получаю ошибку. Что уже только не пробовал: и режим работы пула потоков менял (на классический), и права всем на все устанавливал, и перепривязывал к сайту другой пул, и у обозревателя IE ослаблял защиту, Mozilla ставил, файервол снимал... Что я еще не сделал? Может чего-то не усмотрел? Очень прошу помочь, так как уже замучился. Получилось ли у автора победить ошибку? У меня сейчас такая же проблема.

Только что столкнулся с аналогичной проблемой. Удалось победить установкой значения True параметру "Разрешены 32-разрядные приложения" в Дополнительных параметрах пула приложений DefaultAppPool
